13 year old Evans Abedi (centre) is an AIDS orphan: his father died several years ago and his mother in October 2005. He had to leave school to look after his 18 month old sister, Florence, 17 year old brother Lazaro (left), who is epileptic and had just had a seizure when this picture was taken, and 12 year old brother Chisomo.
